The entire air-conditioning and electricity systems in the theatre have been remodelled. As part of its portfolio of similar works, FCC Industrial can cite: the remodelling of installations at the Cibeles Palace, which serves as Madrid’s City Hall; the overhaul of electric and mechanical systems at the Bank of Spain; and also worthy of special mention is the recently opened theatre and cultural centre of Coslada (Madrid). There the project involved the construction of a rectangular building, with a concrete and metallic structure, providing a surface area of 12,281 square metres. In addition to the Theatre and Cultural Centre, a municipal library with a capacity for up to 70,000 books was built and is now in operation.
