In this professional meeting issues relating to ethical banking and energy efficiency; saving plans and energy efficiency in public buildings in the Community of Madrid; energy specifications for energy service providers and energy service companies to guarantee energy savings for municipalities, were presented and discussed.

FCC Industrial participated in the event, in the "Case Studies", where Nuria Gallego Salvador, CMVP®, Technical Director of electromechanical installations, maintenance and energy efficiency of FCC Industrial along with Mr. Rafael Monteagudo, Management Director at the INMAES joint venture, explained the "energy and comprehensive management of urban facilities in the city of Madrid" contract, and specifically Lot 3, of which FCC Industrial was the successful bidder, together with other companies in the sector. In developing the case study, the bidding process of that contract was explained: specifications, award criteria, key figures of the contract, financing needs and the proposal submitted by the INMAES joint venture, with a specific focus on the role played by FCC Industrial.. The development phase after the award was also explained, including the need to conduct an initial audit in order to ratify the solutions to be implemented, the process of seeking financing and achieving it as well as the implemented monitoring and verification of results and commitments.

Finally, FCC Industrial's experience in such projects was also discussed: management of the outdoor lighting service in the Isla Mayor Municipality in Seville; integrated service management of outdoor lighting of the Los Palacios y Villafranca municipalities; and integrated service management of public lighting installations of the Totana municipality, Murcia.
