In 2015, the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality awarded FCC Industrial the 'Equality in the Workplace' accolade. This hallmark of excellence acts as an incentive and gives recognition to companies, which are committed to ensuring equality, that have implemented policies aimed at fostering equality in all areas of the business.

This equality accolade obtained by FCC Industrial marks the continuation of the equality accolade received in 2009 by FCC Construcción, the first company in the sector to implement an equality plan.
