FCC Industrial has become a pioneering company in digitalisation, as a result of the efforts made to align its information management procedures with UNE standards.

FCC Industrial has obtained ISO-19650 BIM2 certification as the main contractor in the areas of building, civil engineering and industrial works, in the four BIM areas audited.

Obtaining the certificate, as part of the company's BIM Implementation Plan, is a boost to the digitisation process that is being carried out through several pilot projects in hospital projects, including the Virgen del Rocío University Hospital in Seville, executed for the first time 100% digitally, improving traditional processes and bringing about a substantial improvement in project management through BIM methodology in all its phases: engineering, procurement, execution and final documentation. These tested processes are currently being applied in two other new projects: the New Puertollano Hospital (Ciudad Real) and the Hospital Clínic in Valencia.
