FCC Industrial to undertake the fitting-out work at the Torre Pelli hotel

FCC Industrial has been awarded a works contract to fit-out the Torre Pelli with electrical, air-conditioning and fire extinguishing installations. The formalised contract is worth more than 5 million euros and is to be completed in under 9 months. The building, constructed by FCC Construcción, will mainly be used as a hotel.

The scope of the work includes undertaking the electro-mechanical and fire extinguishing installations in the building, as well as the corresponding voice-data systems. The contract joins other infrastructure works that have been comprehensively carried out by FCC Industrial, such as the refurbishment of installations.
