About Rebuild Rehabilita

The first edition of Rebuild Rehabilita, the big national rehabilitation fair, was attended by 5,204 professionals and focused on building renovation and urban regeneration to solve current demographic and climatic problems.

The meeting was a reflection of the industry's need to modernise buildings, restore historical heritage and update neighbourhoods through synergies between public and private actors, the promotion of tax benefits and the encouragement of a culture that prioritises the improvement of the built environment.

In this sense, the 205 experts who gathered at the event agreed on the importance of having other levers at the disposal of the administrations, such as the elimination of VAT or the rethinking of IBI and other taxes, in order to continue renewing the real estate offer and, consequently, the metropolitan spaces so that the process that was encouraged with the European credit culminates with positive results.
